1. create the opening needed to pass the width of the bracelet between the pusher and the terminal of the tool; 2. screw the pusher into a side notch of the bracelet in order to remove a bar (on some watches, there will be an arrow on the inside of the bracelet to show you which side the pusher should go in). 3. detach the links from each other; 4. repeat the first three steps until the bracelet is your size.
